Current Advice

When you have selected a destination leg you can tap on "Watch" button at the top of the screen to jump to the jet lag recommendations you should follow at the current time in your choosen destination leg.

With StopJetLag on your start screen you can tap on StopJetLag image to jump to the jet lag recommendations you should follow at the current time in your choosen destination leg when that was the last choice that you made in the app.
