1) Turn on Notifications
Tap on the "Notifications" button from the StopJetLag Settings menu.
Tap on "Turn Trip Notification On" to set the notifications your trip.
When there is upcoming jet lag advice for your trip the following message will appear.
2) Turn off Notifications
Tap on "Turn Trip Notification Off" to remove the notifications your trip.
And "Clear All Trip Notifications" is always available for removing all StopJetLag notifications at any time.
